Fred Abdelnour

A career-long dedication to Enterprise Rent-A-Car and the communities it serves has been a defining principle of Fred Abdelnour’s 26 year professional life at Enterprise. Abdelnour has demonstrated a firm commitment to reaching out to people of all backgrounds. He has worked to advance the company’s diversity goals, community relations initiatives and governmental affairs in all areas of its business.

As Director of Community & Government Affairs for the Southern California group, Abdelnour oversees community relations, public policy and public relations for the nearly 4,000 employees, 400 locations and 100,000 vehicles within Southern California.

Abdelnour currently serves as Executive Board Member of the Los Angeles Urban League and is a member of the United Way of Greater Los Angeles’ Community Investment Board. Abdelnour is Co-Founder of LA Community Leaders group focused on increasing corporate social responsibility throughout Southern California. He remains a long time supporter and volunteer for the San Diego Urban League and Long Beach Boys & Girls Club

Abdelnour resides in Long Beach with his wife, Michelle, and two boys, Matthew 15 and Andrew 13.
